Torrance Campbell was diagnosed with myeloma in May of 1997. He credits his faith with helping him face his cancer. Torrance and wife Jennifer are the parents of two sons Justin and Evan and look forward to celebrating their 21st wedding anniversary this summer. He works as the Director of Sales and Service training for Baxter Credit Union. |

Bruce Holmberg was diagnosed with stage I multiple myeloma in May of 2000, following a routine blood test. He is a retired Army officer and an engineering consultant. He and his wife Joan recently celebrated their 42nd wedding anniversary. They have two adult daughters, Anne and Leigh. Bruce has been the MMRF's chief volunteer advocate recruiter for the past three Blood Cancer Advocacy Day events, held annually in Washington, D.C.

Angie Minnick is the self-proclaimed ?captain of the family ship.? Angie is a wife and a mother of a daughter age 14, and two sons, ages 12 and 7. She was diagnosed with stage III-A myeloma in January 2001 at the age of 36 and today continues her 16-year career as an aerobics instructor. |

James D Bond has worked full-time as a partner with the accounting firm of Ernst & Young LLP since he was diagnosed with myeloma in 1992. In 2002 he participated in the Velcade clinical trial, which put his cancer into remission. Currently, he is in his 6th clinical trial. Jim and his wife, Kathleen, partner in their myeloma awareness-building activities. Their two married sons, other family members, friends and E&Y colleagues are key sources of support and strength. |
