Although most of Dodd-Frank is focused on the financial industry, power and utility companies are greatly impacted because they use over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives.

With regulations still being finalized and tight implementation deadlines, preparing for these changes will be challenging and require considerable focus. The most affected organizations will have only 90 to 270 days to interpret the requirements, assess their impact and implement significant process and technology changes.

Be prepared by joining our panel as they discuss:

  • Current state and key impacts of Dodd-Frank
  • Entity definition and end-user exception
  • Product definition
  • Implementation challenges and strategies
