Doing Transactions in India

When it comes to investing in emerging markets, India is at the top of the list. Foreign direct investment in India is likely to hit $10 billion this year, nearly double that amount two years ago. A large percentage of that investment comes from North American companies. But what are the opportunities and best practices for transactions in India?

TAS has created a new Podcast series, Doing Transactions In? – a series that explores dealmaking in emerging markets. The program is focused on India. Hosted by Philip Bass, this 5-part event explores various aspects of transactions in India. Jayesh Desai, TAS leader in India, is the featured guest.
