The personal tax module considers the changes to tax rates and allowances, venture capital reliefs, non-UK domiciled individuals, business investment relief, a number of miscellaneous personal tax changes, and tax compliance measures. It also outlines those measures affecting individuals which are currently subject to consultation and which will form part of Finance Bill 2013.
