High gasoline prices have once again heightened public and regulatory interest in the oil and gas industry. Yet, the policy proposals and comments made by the current administration and presidential candidates do not reflect a strong understanding of the supply, generation and distribution of energy.

Although increased access to domestic oil and gas has changed the US energy landscape, regulations impact access, pricing, job creation and volatility of oil and gas markets.

Please join the Ernst & Young LLP Americas Energy Center and special guest speaker Lee Fuller, IPAA Vice President of Government Relations, as we discuss the myths and facts of regulation on the energy industry.
