This webcast will provide an overview of the latest IPO trends and transactions and future perspectives. We will discuss the attractions of London and the London Stock Exchange (LSE) for companies from across the globe seeking to join a public market.

Moderator
Michael Lynch-Bell, Ernst & Young LLP (UK), IPO Leader, who will present his perspective on IPO market trends, in particular with respect to London as a financial center for inbound IPOs.

Panelists
Graham Dallas is a senior manager at the London Stock Exchange who will discuss recent IPO developments and the benefits of the LSE.
Hugh O’Donnell, CEO, Kentz Corporation Ltd, who listed on AIM in February 2008. Hugh will offer advice based on his experience of that successful IPO. Kentz is headquartered in Ireland and is a global engineering specialist solutions provider with more than 10,000 employees operating in 26 countries worldwide.
