US Customs to Importers: Do Not Rely on Transfer Pricing Studies

The U.S. Bureau of Customs and Border Protection issued a new Informed Compliance Publication, which provides importers involved in related party transactions a stern warning about reliance on income tax methodologies to support customs valuation.
