Stephen Zammitti is a partner in the banking and capital markets practice of Ernst & Young's financial services office. He provides assurance and advisory services to investment banks, commercial and retail banks, and broker-dealers. He has extensive experience in securities operations, settlement and custody, financial instrument trading and financing activities, brokerage regulatory, compliance and related accounting and reporting matters.

Stephen currently serves as Chairman of the AICPA Stockbrokerage and Investment Banking Expert Panel. This panel addresses current accounting and auditing issues affecting the industry and also serves as an industry liaison to the securities regulators including the SEC, FINRA, CFTC and NFA.

Stephen graduated from the Rutgers Graduate School of Management with an MBA in accounting. He is a licensed certified public accountant in the state of New York and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Rutgers College.

Margaret Dennis is a partner in the professional practice group of Ernst & Young's financial services office, focused on the banking and capital markets sector. In that capacity, she is involved in a broad range of internal risk management and professional activities, including tracking emerging accounting and reporting matters and consulting with other engagement teams on accounting and auditing matters. Prior to joining the professional practice group, Margaret provided assurance and advisory services to clients in the securities industry, including broker-dealers and investment banks.

Margaret graduated from Columbia University with an MBA in finance. She is a licensed certified public accountant in New York and has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Georgetown University.

David Stollow is a partner in the banking and capital markets practice of Ernst & Young's financial services office. He provides assurance and advisory services to investment banks, broker-dealers and futures commission merchants. He has extensive experience in brokerage operations as well as financial and regulatory reporting matters. David also previously served as the capital markets industry sector resident. In that capacity, David assisted clients and engagement teams with emerging issues and reporting developments.

David graduated from New York University's Stern School of Business with an MBA in finance and information systems. He is a certified public accountant in the states of New York and New Jersey and has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the State University of New York at Albany.
