Bamidele Olaogun is a senior manager in Ernst & Young LLP's International Tax practice, where she is in charge of the Pan-African Tax Desk in the New York office.
Dele advises clients seeking inbound investments into African countries, including Angola, Equatorial Guinea, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria and South Africa, among others. Dele has worked extensively on tax structuring involving inbound investments into African countries. Her experience has also included participating in major reorganizations, mergers and acquisition planning involving African countries and advising on cross-border financing structures. Dele maintains a tight network of tax advisers in the African region that she draws upon to facilitate advice in the respective countries.
Dele is a member of the Bar both in New York and Nigeria. She received her law degree from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria and also holds a master's degree in commercial and corporate law from the University College London. Dele is also qualified as a chartered accountant both in Nigeria and the UK and is an associate member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. |

Frederic Vallat is the head of Ernst & Young LLP's French Tax Desk, based in New York. He has over 20 years of experience, spent both in France and the US. His areas of practice include providing tax advisory services regarding mergers and acquisitions, international restructuring, tax-efficient cross-border structures, and advice regarding domestic and transnational tax litigation.
Before joining Ernst & Young LLP's French Tax Desk in New York, Frédéric practiced French and international tax law in France with a member firm of Ernst & Young Global Limited providing tax services in Paris, and with a major US law firm based in Paris. He also served as in-house tax counsel at the headquarters of a major French multinational corporation. Frédéric is a graduate of the Paris Business School (E.S.C.P.). He also received an LL.M. in Taxation and a Master of Business and Tax Law from Paris II University. |

Hideyuki Ebihara is a member of Ernst & Young LLP's Tax Services practice in New York and is in charge of the Japan Tax Desk. He provides tax advisory services to US multinationals with a focus on various cross-border transaction structurings for companies investing in Japan.
Hideyuki has experience in mergers and acquisitions, tax due diligence and tax structuring for various industries with the transaction tax group in Tokyo. Prior to joining the global Ernst & Young organization, he worked for an investment fund management company, an international insurance company and a worldwide accounting firm. Hideyuki is a Japanese certified tax accountant. |

Emiliano Zanotti is a member of Ernst & Young LLP's Tax Services practice in New York, where he is in charge of the Italian Tax Desk.
Emiliano frequently advises US multinationals on the tax aspects of setting up, acquiring, selling or changing Italian business activities, as well as setting up Italian entities for purposes of holding, financing or licensing activities.
Emiliano has over 10 years of experience working on a variety of international tax matters, including tax due diligence and structuring advice in connection with mergers and acquisitions, cross-border investments and reorganizations and all types of ongoing tax planning in multinational groups.
Emiliano holds a graduate and a post-graduate degree in Law and studied in Italy, the US and The Netherlands. He has published a variety of contributions in international tax reviews.

Michael Anderson serves as a partner with the Transaction Tax team of Ernst & Young (Australia), providing transaction advisory support and advice in relation to social and economic infrastructure projects and mergers and acquisitions. Michael is currently on assignment as an international director with Ernst & Young LLP in New York, where he leads the firm's Australian Tax Desk.
Michael's practice area is corporate and international taxation. During his career, he has developed a deep knowledge of the Australian income tax issues facing large domestic and foreign corporate groups, structuring and executing complex cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions (including due diligence assignments), and the direct tax aspects of infrastructure and public private partnership transactions.
Michael has a BA (honors) from Australian National University and a Master of Commerce (Accounting) from University of New South Wales. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. |
