Ernest Rady was born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and attended the University of Manitoba, where he earned degrees in Commerce and Law. In 1966, he moved to San Diego to pursue entrepreneurial, business, community and philanthropic ventures. Mr. Rady's entrepreneurial zeal is centered on American Assets, which he founded in 1966 and took public in 2011 as American Assets Trust. In 1971, he founded Insurance Company of the West and Westcorp, where he was Chairman and CEO. He has held ownership positions in beverage wholesaling, radio station/telecommunications towers, oil and gas, professional soccer and Major League Baseball, in addition to affiliations with many Canadian and American companies. Mr. Rady was the Ernst & Young National Entrepreneur Of The Year 2009 Financial Services Award winner. |

William A. Sanger is President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Emergency Medical Services Corporation. Prior to his role at EMSC, he was President and CEO of AMR and EmCare. Mr. Sanger is a co-founder and Managing Partner of BIDON Companies. He served as President and CEO of Cancer Treatment Centers of America, Inc. and was a co-founder and Executive Vice President of PhyMatrix Corp. Mr. Sanger serves as Chairman of Vidacare Corporation and Chairman of EMCA, a Cayman-based insurance company, and is a Director of Carestream, an international technology and imaging company. Mr. Sanger was the 2007 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year Healthcare & Life Sciences award winner in the Rocky Mountain region. |

Ranked as one of the largest private companies in America by Forbes, the company provides engineering, construction and maintenance services and staffing services to the commercial sector, and munitions products, security services, and equipment maintenance and facilities management services to the defense sector. Mr. Yoh is a graduate of Duke University, holds an MBA from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania and serves on numerous boards, including the National Defense Industrial Association and the Construction Industry Institute. Mike Selfridge is head of regional banking of Silicon Valley Bank. In this role, Selfridge is responsible for leading SVB's core commercial banking teams in the early-stage and middle-market technology and life science practices throughout SVB's 26 U.S. offices.
