Terri L. Grosselin is a member of Ernst & Young LLP's Latin America Business Center. Based in Miami, Terri leads the Latin America Tax Accounting and Risk Advisory Services group. Terri provides cross-border tax advisory services to US multinationals and has advised many corporate groups on structuring their Latin American operations.

Terri has over 10 years of experience serving multinational companies in a broad range of industries. She transferred to Miami after working three years in the New York office and five years in the Mexico City office of another Big 4 organization.

Terri co-authored the Tax Management Portfolio "Doing Business in Mexico." She is a frequent contributor to Tax Notes International and other major tax publications.

Terri graduated magna cum laude from West Virginia University. Terri is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Alberto Lopez is a member of Ernst & Young LLP's International Tax Services group. Located in New York, he leads the Latin America Tax Services group. Alberto focuses on the taxation of financial instruments, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border structuring in Latin America.

Alberto is a frequent contributor to Tax Notes International, Tax Management, and Euromoney. He also authored articles on mergers and acquisitions for the International Financial Law Review ("A Guide to Mexico") and on securitization for the International Securitisation Report ("The ISR Legal Guide to Securitisation").

International Tax Review previously selected Alberto as one of the leading Mexican tax advisors in its annual survey "The leading tax advisers in Latin America."

Alberto received a law degree from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and an LL.M. from Duke University. He is a member of the Argentine Bar Association and the International Fiscal Association.

Manuel Solano is the global Ernst & Young organization's Latin America Regional Director of International Tax Services. He is also tax managing partner for Mancera, S.C., Mexico City. Manuel has experience with international tax services and planning matters, advising multinational corporations on tax and legal implications of cross-border acquisitions and the establishment of foreign operations in Latin America. For the past 10 consecutive years, Latin America International Tax Review has selected Manuel as one of Mexico's leading tax advisors.

Scott B. Hill is the global Ernst &Young organization's Americas Director of International Tax Services. Scott has over 30 years of tax experience, previously serving as the Tax Managing Partner in the Midwest Sub-Area (Chicago) and as the Dallas-based South Region leader of Ernst & Young LLP's International Tax Services. Scott began his career in Minneapolis, where he also was an Adjunct Professor at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Business graduate program. Based in New York, he is a partner of Ernst & Young LLP.

Scott is actively involved as an international tax advisor serving the needs of large US and foreign multinationals. He advises clients regarding internal and external restructurings, acquisitions and transfer pricing and supply chain issues. He is a frequent speaker on international tax issues at events across the country and in Europe, Asia and Latin America.

Scott serves or has served in a number of leadership roles in civic and philanthropic organizations. He is Co-chair of the Board of Trustees of the Joseph A. Forgione Development School for Youth, and was formerly a Board member and committee chair of the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce, a Board member of the Landmarks Preservation Council of Illinois, President of the Minnesota International Center, and Board member of the French-American Chamber of Commerce.
