Johnny Molina is an Executive Director in Ernst & Young LLP's Commodities Markets practice in Houston with over 18 years of experience in the energy, commodities and financial services industries. He is focused on serving the business transformation needs of companies that have commodity trading or hedging operations and he leads our Dodd-Frank derivatives reform initiatives for energy.
Johnny's skills include Dodd-Frank impact assessment, design and implementation of business processes, risk systems, and controls related to trading organizations. He has experience in the natural gas, power, NGL, refined products, crude oil, renewables and commodities industries. Johnny also has commercial energy trading experience, he led a proprietary trading portfolio for a major energy company and he has originated structured derivative transactions for commercial/industrial customers. |

Andrew Lese is an executive director in Ernst & Young LLP's Financial Service Practice. Based in New York. Andy Co-leads the firm's Over-the-Counter (OTC) Derivatives initiatives related to regulatory reform, working closely with Ernst & Young clients as they address the business and operational implications of the changes necessary to meet the mandated requirements. Andy has also spoken at industry forums and conferences on these topics.
Andy also leads the firm's Product Control team and works with the risk management, product control, finance and operations functions of financial institutions to evaluate and develop effective valuation and risk processes, authorities and controls across all instrument classes. In these efforts, Andy helps clients map regulatory rules and related requirements to business activities, define business and operational processes and IT requirements, assess data and data processes and select and implement financial trading and risk management applications. |

Brad Berry is a Partner with Baker Botts. Brad has served as Deputy General Counsel at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), where he conducted the nationwide appellate litigation program for one of the country's most important financial services regulatory agencies. As an executive level manager, Mr. Berry supervised all appeals stemming from the agency's rulemaking and enforcement proceedings.
In September 2009, Mr. Berry received the CFTC Chairman's Award for Distinguished Executive for demonstrating
"exceptional strategic leadership, direction, and inspiration in furthering the vision, mission and values of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission." Mr. Berry was the only executive in the agency to receive this honor. |

Julie LaBella is currently in her 14th year at PPL and first year in her current position as the Director of Enterprise Risk Management and Market Analysis. She has spent 11 years in risk management at the Pennsylvania utility company in Allentown, Pa.
In her time in Risk Management, LaBella has managed the Trading Controls and Credit Risk functions while also establishing PPL's Market Analysis group. LaBella also led the implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley within Risk Management and developed the corporate enterprise risk management program. She currently heads corporate Dodd-Frank compliance efforts. Early in her career, she assisted in the company's interpretation and application of FASB 133.
LaBella earned her bachelor of science degree in finance from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1997 and followed with a master's degree in business administration with a concentration finance and accounting from St. Bonaventure University in 1998. |

Joseph Fontana is a partner in Ernst & Young LLP's Transaction Advisory Services. Based in our New York office, he is the America's Power & Utility Leader and Global Power & Utility Transaction Leader.
With over 25 years of corporate finance and transaction experience, Joe has led numerous transactions for strategic buyers and private equity investors in the power generation and the utility industry, including: electric and gas utilities, independent power producers, electric and gas marketing companies, gas pipelines, LNG plant construction projects, gas storage and T&D outsourcing.
His participation has included deal negotiation and leading financial due diligence projects. The financial due diligence support has included analysis of rate proceedings, rigorous analysis of historical results compared to financial forecasts, analysis of historical working capital requirements and free cash flow and accounting analysis of issues particular to these industries including: energy trading and pension accounting. |
