Ronald J. Kruszewski has been Chairman of the board of directors of Stifel Financial Corp. and Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated since 2001 and has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Stifel Financial Corp. and Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated since September 1997.

Mr. Kruszewski is a member of the Regional Business Council in St. Louis and is a member of the St. Louis Chapter of the Young Presidents' Organization.

Eddie C. Brown is the founder and President of Brown Capital Management in Baltimore, one of the country's oldest African-American-owned investment management firms. He has over 41 years of investment experience, having served as a Vice President and portfolio manager for 10 years at T. Rowe Price Associates immediately prior to starting his own firm in 1983. Eddie was a regular panelist for 25 years on the nationally televised program, Louis Rukeyser's Wall Street, and before that Wall Street Week with Louis Rukeyser. In 1996, Brown was the sole inductee into the Wall Street Week with Louis Rukeyser Hall of Fame. Eddie serves as a member of the board of directors of the Open Society Institute (OSI) - Baltimore.
