John Stroup was appointed President, Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board at Belden effective October 31, 2005. He previously served at Danaher Corp., joining Danaher in 2000 as Vice President, Business Development. He was promoted to President of a division of Danaher's Motion Group and later to Group Executive of the Motion Group. Earlier, he was Vice President of Marketing and General Manager with Scientific Technologies, Inc. He has a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. |

Dominic Orr was named President and CEO of Aruba Networks in April 2006. He previously served as Aruba's chairman of the board. Orr was previously President, Intelligent Internet Web Systems, Nortel Networks. He was also president and CEO of Alteon WebSystems, which merged with Nortel Networks in October 2000. Orr has more than 20 years of experience in the computer systems and communications networking industry, having held senior positions at Bay Networks, HP and Hughes Aircraft. He holds a B.S. in physics from City University of New York and an M.S. and Ph.D. from the California Institute of Technology. |

Albert Ng is Chairman, China and Managing Partner, Greater China, Ernst & Young. He has more than 25 years of professional experience in the accounting industry in China and Australia, is a pioneer in China investment advisory consulting and has been actively involved in providing business consultation to many multinational companies investing in the People's Republic of China (PRC). In 1995, Albert was invited to become an Advisor to the International Business Leaders' Advisory Council for the Mayor of Shanghai. He was later awarded the "Magnolia Gold Award" by the Shanghai Government for his contribution to the city's development. Albert is a member of the Hong Kong Society of Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. |
