Bob Corcoran - President, GE Foundation, is responsible for GE?s philanthropic activities in support of public education, community building and disaster relief, in addition to overseeing volunteerism initiatives throughout the company. Corcoran?s 28-year GE career has included key HR leadership roles in GE?s Medical, Aircraft, Lighting and Aerospace businesses. Prior to his current position, Bob was Chief Learning Officer and Vice President of Human Resources for GE Medical Systems. He was elected a Corporate Officer by the GE Board of Directors in 2000.

Mr John Kania - With twenty years' experience advising senior management on issues of strategy, organization, and reputation building, John oversees FSG's consulting practice. While at FSG, John has led several dozen strategic planning efforts for foundations, nonprofits, and corporate philanthropy programs. John's FSG engagements include significant experience in international health, U.S. health care, U.S. education, the environment, and nonprofit capacity building. He has been instrumental in developing customized applications of FSG's strategy and problem solving tools for the social sector - including the use of scenario planning, adaptive leadership principles, organizational change management processes, and product cost modeling for community foundations. Prior to joining FSG, John was a partner at both Mercer Management Consulting and Corporate Decisions, Inc., where he did significant strategy work with clients in education, health care, and media. He began his career at Leo Burnett Company, a global advertising agency. John has been published in Stanford Social Innovation Review, The Wall Street Journal, and The Journal of Business Strategy and is a featured author of Learning from the Future, the leading contemporary text on scenario planning. He speaks frequently around the U.S. on improving the impact of philanthropy and corporate social responsibility.

John has an M.B.A. from Northwestern's Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a B.A., cum laude, from Dartmouth College.

Robin Willner is Vice President, Global Community Initiatives for the IBM Corporation. During her 13 years with IBM she has been responsible for a broad range of philanthropic initiatives and public policy for IBM worldwide to bring IBM?s cutting edge technology and finest minds to serve the communities where our employees live and work.

Prior to joining IBM, Ms. Willner served for three and a half years as Executive Director for Strategic Planning/Research and Development for the New York City Public Schools. As Deputy Executive Director of INTERFACE, a New York City-based not-for-profit agency, for more than a dozen years, she directed over 100 research reports on public policy in the areas of education, job training, and child welfare.

Ms. Willner serves on the Boards of Directors of the National Center for Educational Accountability, Grantmakers for Education, and the Center for Education Policy in Washington, DC. She was a member of the US Department of Education Expert Panel on Educational Technology from 1999-2000. Ms. Willner graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Columbia University with a degree in Urban Affairs.

Beth A Brooke is a partner with Ernst & Young LLP and is Global Vice Chair ? Strategy, for the worldwide Ernst & Young organization. She is also Americas Vice Chair ? Strategy, Brand, and Communications and a member of the Americas Executive Board.

Beth has held numerous leadership positions at Ernst & Young, including National Director of Tax Consulting Services and Managing Partner of the National Tax Department. Before that she served as the Tax Services Coordinator in the Indianapolis tax practice and leader of its insurance tax practice. Over the course of her career with Ernst & Young, Beth has served as the Tax Services Coordinator for some of the firm?s largest clients, including those in the insurance, financial services and health care industries.

Beth left the firm in 1993 to accept an invitation from the Department of the Treasury?s Office of Tax Policy, where she was responsible for all tax policy matters related to insurance and managed care. She played key roles in the health care reform and Superfund reform efforts. Beth rejoined E&Y after serving two years at Treasury.

Beth also chairs the Global Public Policy Committee (GPPC), whose members include senior leadership representing the Big 4 CEOs. The GPPC develops strategies on global public policy matters and implements policy initiatives aimed at rebuilding the public trust. This is accomplished by developing and implementing legislative, regulatory, and communications strategies related to the public company accounting policy agenda.

Beth, who has a B.S. degree from Purdue University, is a member of the Committee of 200. She is a CPA and FLMI. She also is a member of the inaugural class of the Henry Crown Fellow Program of The Aspen Institute and is a member of the Board of TechnoServe. Beth also serves on the Board of The Atlantic Council of the United States and the March of Dimes Public Policy Advisory Council.
